I try to charge the psp 3000 with a usb cable and when i connect it to the computer, the psp's orange light goes on, but when i keep it in for like 2 hours, the battery is completley dead. help please!How do you charge a psp 3000 with a usb cable?
buy a new battery. if the orange light shows up it means that it's charging, so nothing is wrong with the cable, computer, or PSP. it's the battery, which might be defective. also, take note that charging through usb takes longer than thorugh the wall charger, and it takes like 4 hours to charge my PSP through the wallHow do you charge a psp 3000 with a usb cable?
You cannot charge a psp that is turned off by usb.... Srry bro you are going to have to buy a psp charger they are only 10 bucks at gamestop.
PS:buy the car charger version that has a bonus usb cable..Then you could charge your psp when it is off because the usb that comes with it has a charging chord built in with the usb cable!!!
Check if ur battery is in correctly, and make sure wires are in . Orange light = charging so that's good.
